Stay at my modern 2BR lane house. A perfect place for a large family or a group of friends. Quiet and nice neighbourhood with lots of street parking, surrounded by numerous parks. Bus stops are 5-7 min away and downtown is only 15-20 min by car. Free Wifi and smart TV are provided for your enjoyment.

Terms & Conditions

1. No parties. 2. No loud music. 3. Quiet hours after 9 PM. 4. No smoking. 5. Small dogs are allowed. Please notify me in advance. Pet has to be fully trained and not messy or shed and hairs. 6. Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Early or late check-in/outs can be arranged upon AVAILABILITY but must be arranged in advance. Late check-outs resulting in a delay of incoming guests will be subject to a $100 fine.

Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
If cancelled up to 7 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
In any other case, there’s no refund
