My place is not suitable for pets, gatherings or parties. 2) I value my good relationships with the neighbors, so please keep quiet after 9 pm. 3) Smoking is PROHIBITED in the building. You are allowed to smoke 6 m away from the building. Thank you for understanding. 4) Please be advised that losing a FOB will result in us deducting $150 from your damage deposit for its replacement. Thank you for being considerate.
