Stay at my modern three-bedroom lane house. It is a perfect place for a family or a group of friends. Nice and quiet neighborhood, yet many groceries, restaurants, shops are within walking distance. Enjoy my wonderful patio! Bus stops are only 2-3 min away. There's free Wi-Fi and TV provided for your enjoyment.

- NO PARTIES whatsoever. I kindly ask you to be respectful of the neighbors. Please keep quiet after 10 pm. - CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 AM. Early or late check-in/outs can be arranged upon AVAILABILITY but must be arranged in advance. Late check-outs resulting a delay of incoming guests will be subject to a $100 fine. - NO SMOKING! If the evidence of you smoking inside the house is found, we will, unfortunately, have to deduct your security deposit in full.
