Excellent, private brand new 1BR & beautiful washroom with a separate entrance in Vancouver. You have total privacy during your stay! Peaceful and family-friendly residential neighborhood with excellent access to bus and shopping center. There is plenty of free street parking available, it’s a perfect combination of living in a city and a serene getaway. Note: This is just one bedroom and washroom, no living room. It is private and separate entrance unit. Ideal for one person. Lovely area

1. No parties whatsoever. 2. No loud music. 3. Quiet hours after 9 PM. 4. No smoking. 5. No pets. 6. Check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Early or late check-in/outs can be arranged upon AVAILABILITY but must be arranged in advance. Late check-outs resulting in a delay of incoming guests will be subject to a $100 fine.
