Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Your deposit will be forfeited if this has been detected. No candles. Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm. Parties are not permitted in the apartment. Any noise complaints will result in a loss of your deposit. A fee of $300 will be charged to replace a lost key, fob and the costs of changing the lock. Airbnb works off the trust of all renters as well as their neighbours so please respect this agreement. Please be adviced that losing a FOB will result in us deducting $150 from your damage deposit through Airbnb for its replacement. Thank you for being considerate.
