This 3BR Main Floor is a perfect choice for a big family or a group of friends going to spend an enjoyable time in Vancouver. It is surrounded by many parks including Clinton Park (right across the road), Hastings Community Park (2 km), Templeton Park Pool (1.5 km). Lots of restaurants and shops along East Hastings, Commercial Drive, and East 1st Ave are close by. The unit can accommodate up to 6 people.

- NO PARTIES whatsoever. I kindly ask you to be respectful of the neighbours. Please keep quiet after 10 pm. - CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 AM. Early or late check-in/outs can be arranged upon AVAILABILITY but must be arranged in advance. Late check-outs resulting a delay of incoming guests will be subject to a $100 fine. - NO SMOKING! If the evidence of you smoking inside the house is found, we will, unfortunately, have to deduct your security deposit in full. - Please be advised that it’s illegal to download, copy and/or distribute copyright-protected works (movies, music, etc) in Canada. All providers are extremely strict and they will be taking legal action against people who did this. If the rules are violated I’ll have to reveal all the information about the breaker to the copyright holders, so, please, do not do this. Thank you for your understanding. - Pets are allowed in the house but please inform me about them before making a booking. Thank you!
